When will I see the exact price? Current pricing for each tier is clearly displayed on the ad submission page. You will review and confirm the exact total before any payment is processed.
Are there any hidden fees? No. The price you see for your selected ad tier or VIP membership is exactly what you pay. There are no ongoing setup fees or unmentioned platform charges.
What payment methods are accepted? We securely accept all major credit and debit cards processed through Stripe. For your security, your sensitive payment credentials are never stored on our servers.
Can I get a refund? As digital placements are processed instantly, all sales are strictly final and non-refundable. At our sole discretion, exceptions may be reviewed exclusively for verified platform-side server failures. All claims must be submitted to our support team within 24 hours of transaction.
Do prices change? We reserve the right to adjust placement rates periodically to reflect marketplace trends. However, the price actively displayed at checkout is guaranteed to be the final, binding price you pay for that specific submission.
How does VIP Membership work? VIP Membership is a recurring monthly subscription at $9.90/month, automatically billed to your saved payment method each cycle until cancelled. Subscribers instantly unlock an exclusive 15% discount on Basic ad placements, a Featured Member badge across all active listings, and a monthly allowance of 3 Standard Ads and 2 Featured Ads (7-day runtime each). Promotional ad credits reset automatically prior to your next recurring billing charge and do not roll over. You can stop recurring billing at any time with a single click via your Account Settings — no penalties, and no intentional delays. To ensure seamless processing before your next billing cycle, please submit your cancellation request at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled renewal date.
Listing & Billing Disclaimer: Individual ad packages (Standard, Featured, Quick) represent fixed, one-time fees with predefined runtimes and will not trigger recurring charges. VIP Membership is a recurring subscription billed monthly at $9.90. Promotional member ad credits (3 Standard + 2 Featured per month, 7-day runtime each) are issued at the start of each billing cycle and permanently expire at the end of that cycle (no roll-over). All listing durations begin following successful processing by our automated moderation system. We reserve the right to remove any content post-publication if a safety violation is detected, without obligation to issue refunds. We do not guarantee specific rankings, views, impressions, or commercial outcomes for any listing. Top-pinned listings are displayed on a shared, rotational basis within their designated categories and runtime windows; the Platform does not guarantee exclusive or permanent top-row placement for any individual submission.
